**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Identifying future IT hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Conduct telephonic interviews to analyse required skills and sorting applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Meet all recruitment timelines successfully the multiple clients, as assigned. Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with vertical Manager/Team leads
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers

**Desired skill set**
- Proven work experience as an **IT Recruiter for minimum 2 years**.
- Good understanding of the **IT Terms, Technologies, Products and Trends**:

- Hands on experience with various selection processes.
- Experience in head hunting, database search, indeed, LinkedIn etc.
- Schedule interviews with onsite and off shore managers.
- Maintaining recruitment tracker and regular update to management with recruitment progress.
- You should possess an MBA as well as a degree in an IT-oriented discipline
- Good at MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
