Position Overview:
Entry Level position for a highly motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team The incumbent will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill company's hiring needs.

**Responsibilities**:
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Hiring Manager

Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.

Requisite Skills:
Relevant experience of 0.5 to 2 years.

Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
