About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. If you have a knack for identifying top talent, building strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
Identify the right platforms for job postings and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Stay updated on market trends to refine recruitment strategies.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth selection process.
Conduct salary negotiations and background verifications.
Onboarding & Employee Engagement
Generate offer letters and appointment letters.
Conduct inductions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Introduce new hires to the team and company culture.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with different departments and branches to fulfill hiring needs.
Handle multiple job openings in a fast-paced environment.
Promote the company as an employer of choice.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.
Ensure proper documentation of employee agreements and records.
Prepare and present monthly hiring reports.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Malayalam.
Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently.
Excellent negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.
Passion for recruitment and people management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
