Job Description

Qualification:

- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science and Sustainability, Project Management, or a related field is essential.
- Project Management Certification (preferred)

Required Experience:

- 1-2 years of experience managing or coordinating projects, particularly in a sustainability, environmental, or outreach setting.
- Experience in financial planning, tracking expenditures, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements for projects.
- Experience in preparing grant proposals, securing funding, and managing donor relations, especially with corporate partners, NGOs, and community organizations.

**Job Description**:

- Assist Co-Directors in Project Management: Work closely with the Co-Directors of CASCADE to ensure the smooth management of ongoing programme and projects. Oversee program timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables, ensuring that all activities align with CASCADE’s mission and objectives.
- Budget Preparation and Management: Assist teams in preparing project budgets and ensure funds are properly allocated and utilized. Monitor expenditures, track financial performance, and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
- Drive Campaigns for Stakeholder engagement: Connect with varied stakeholders, including corporate partners, NGOs, foundations, Somaiya alumni network and community organizations, to drive funding and support for CASCADE initiatives.
