Qualification:

- Masters of Arts/ Commerce

Required Experience:

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in educational institutions after completion of Masters of Arts or Commerce.
- Worked in higher educational institutions with experience as Programme Officer or Adminstration executive.

**Job Description**:

- Lead the digital marketing.
- Coordinate and schedule webinars,meetings, conferences, and events.
- Conduct Outreach with principals,school coordinators,parents and coaching centers.
- Prepare and edit agendas, minutes of the meeting, correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports.
- Perform other administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents.

Key Skills
- Network with various stakeholders; school principals,coordinators,vendors, parents, internal organization members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, Take ownership and responsibility for outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in business correspondence.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to strategize and plan new initiatives.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
