**BE (Mechanical) DME, **Experience : 2-3 years in same line.

Job Profile
- Knowledge about sheet metal, Heavy fabrication and powder coating industry experience.
- Full responsibility for planning and production activities in the plant.
- Process based detailing and Quality inspection planning.
- Working on Improvement projects and lean management.
- Timely submission of MIS on Planned Vs Actual production, Value addition, Efficiency, 5S, Kaizen, etc.
- Production planning against forecast (sheet metal/Assembly Planning).
- Ensure timely dispatch of products as per customers order schedules.
- Device and implement methods to improve productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance of safety standards, working methods related to all procedures
- to be followed as per requirement & industry standards
- Weekly reporting to management with documented figures for production achievements and plans for improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
