**Job Description**:

- Floor Incharge is responsible for: Overseeing the day-to-day operations on the floor. Assigning tasks to staff and ensuring they are completed efficiently. Maintaining a clean and organized environment for both customers and employees.
- Managing workflow: - Create and supervise a team's workflow, set goals, and monitor progress
- Ensuring a clean and organized environment:

- Keep the floor clean and organized for customers and employees
- Handling customer inquiries:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Managing inventory:

- Monitor inventory levels and direct employees to restock items
- Hiring and training staff:

- Hire and train new employees, and coach and discipline them as needed
- Enforcing company policies:

- Enforce company policies related to health, safety, dress code, and other matters
- Coordinating with other departments:

- Coordinate activities with other departments or areas
- Implementing strategies:

- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Managing documentation:

- Manage inventory documentation and records to improve inventory control

Working Time & days - Office Timing 9.30am - 6.30pm | Monday To Saturday
