Role Overview: As a Machine Shop Incharge at Uptech Precision Pvt. Ltd., located in Khed, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing production schedules, implementing quality control protocols, and ensuring smooth manufacturing processes. Your role will involve coordinating with different departments, maintaining machinery, and optimizing shop floor activities to achieve productivity targets efficiently.
