Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring timely production and quality output.
- Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes, optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
- Supervise a team of production workers, machine operators, and technicians.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and ISO compliance standards (9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018).
- Maintain equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate with design, QA, and logistics teams.
- Monitor work orders for electrical panel assembly, DG canopies, and sheet metal enclosures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing practices.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a fabrication or electrical panel manufacturing unit.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, and factory workflow.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and safety protocols.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

To Apply:
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
