Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire factory operations including production, quality control,

maintenance, and manpower management.
- Plan and schedule daily production to meet targets, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor workflow, resource allocation, and inventory to ensure smooth functioning.
- Implement and enforce safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise production staff and ensure training, discipline, and motivation.
- Coordinate with design, merchandising, and procurement teams to align production

timelines with business goals.
- Monitor and control wastage, optimize machine utilization, and reduce downtime.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with audits and certifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for production, inventory, and

manpower.
- Identify areas of improvement and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, or a related

field.
- 7-10 years of experience in a production supervisory role in the têxtile/apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of garment/têxtile production processes and machinery.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and handle factory operations independently.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, production planning tools and looms.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per day

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Factory Incharge: 7 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
