**Job Description: In-Charge - Inventory, Dispatch & Billing**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable **Inventory, Dispatch & Billing In-Charge** to manage and streamline key factory operations related to ICA coatings and wood finishes. The role involves coordinating across departments to ensure accurate billing, timely dispatches, and smooth inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **ICA Project Handling** - Coordinate with project teams for material planning, dispatch, and inventory tracking specific to ICA coating jobs.
- **Billing & Quotation (ICA)** - Prepare accurate quotations and generate bills for ICA products and services in coordination with sales and accounts teams.
- **Pan India Painter Salary Coordination** - Track project-wise deployment and ensure timely processing of painter salary-related documentation for ICA projects.
- **Wood Coating Sampling Coordination** - Maintain inventory and assist in dispatch and documentation of wood coating samples for clients and sales teams.
- **Petty Cash (Factory)** - Manage petty cash disbursements related to inventory, dispatch, and day-to-day administrative expenses.
- **Inventory Management** - Monitor stock levels, update records, handle inward/outward entries, and coordinate reordering as required.
- **Dispatch Supervision** - Oversee packing, documentation, and timely dispatch of materials to sites or clients with proper tracking and follow-up.
- **General Admin Support (Factory)** - Assist in maintaining factory-related administrative records, staff coordination, and vendor follow-ups.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in dispatch, billing, and inventory control
- Familiarity with ICA coatings and wood finishes preferred
- Strong record-keeping and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting and GST billing
- Knowledge of Excel and Tally.
- Lives nearby Bhiwandi, Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli, Ambarnath.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
