**Job Location - Ambernath Anand Nagar MIDC**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Preparation & Processing**:

- Generate and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner
- Generate and issue accurate E invoices on GST portal.
- Generate and issue accurate Returnable Invoice along with E Invoice.
- Make Packing list for along with Dispatch Documents.
- Verify billing data, including purchase orders, contracts, and payment terms.
- **Reconciliation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate billing records.
- Reconcile billing accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and present regular reports on billing activities to management.
- Prepare and Present Regular Reports on Returnable material to Vendors.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Mail Dispatch documents to client on the day of dispatch
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to billing.
- Ensure excellent customer service to maintain strong relationships.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Transit insurance compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of billing information.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Operations) for billing accuracy.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify inefficiencies in billing processes and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in billing systems.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance roles (preferred).
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of billing software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Familiarity with GST/TDS and other taxation rules (if applicable).
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
