**Job Role - Billing Executive**

**Location** - Thane West

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Take site measurements for interior projects and prepare measurement sheets.
- Prepare and verify client bills, vendor bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Maintain proper documentation of work orders, BOQs, measurement sheets, and billing records.
- Coordinate with site engineers/project managers to verify work done before billing.
- Assist in preparing cost summaries, work-in-progress reports, and billing status updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and timelines for billing and invoicing.
- Reconcile client and vendor accounts related to billing and payments.
- Identify and report discrepancies in measurement or billing.
- **Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of interior project measurement & billing process.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic billing/accounting software.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills with site/project teams.
- Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy.

- **Locations**: 513, 5th floor, OMEGA BUSINESS PARK, ROAD NO -33, Kamgar Hospital Rd, Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane, Maharashtra 400604
- **Shift**: 10 am - 7pm
- **Working days**: Monday
- Saturday
