We, at Mauyershwar Logistics Pvt. Ltd are currently hiring for the position of Billing Executive.

Minimum Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 2- 5 years

Location: Kapurbawdi, Lake City Mall

**Job Description**:

- Basic Computer knowledge
- ERP Software knowledge

Requirements & Skills:

- All Bills to be prepared on time and submitted on time.
- Ensure all additional costs like detention, extra kms, extra point delivery, fuel surcharge etc are included in the billing,
- Prepare all invoices in the ERP software, Proper accounting of all the on account / early payments received and knocking them off with invoices in coordination with the customer.
- Ensure that all contracts with customers are up to date and bills are prepared according to the contracted rates.
- Submission of invoices to customers on time and updating the same in the software.
- Market bills to be made and collected as soon as advance is recd.
- Follow up for balance payments and update the payments and close in system.
- Ensure that correct payments are received taking into considerations all deductions etc.
- Ensure that you receive all PODs from drivers on time.
- Coordinate with other customer account in charge for timely collection of POD.
- Ensure all PODs are scanned and uploaded in the system before submitting to customer.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
