**Dispatch Executive - MALE CANDIDATE**

Opening for an experienced dispatch executive.

Expected skill set includes - E-Invoicing, ERP, FIFO, 5S, Data Entry Skills, Good Listener
- Preparation of Dispatch Documentation - Invoice, LR, Memo, E-waybill, Gate Pass etc.
- Supervise loading of goods in vehicles as per requirements.
- Vehicle planning and allocation for dispatch of goods to customers.
- Following up with vehicles and monitoring using GPS devices.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods, and supply right goods to right place at right time.
- Arrange delivery vehicles as per route optimization and plan to execute tasks optimally.
- Monitoring dispatch completion and schedule compliance.
- Be responsive on phone calls with customers.
- Develop business relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Update dispatch details in MIS as per daily dispatch completion.
- Monitor demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logístical needs.
- Monitor vehicle compliances and ensure all documentation is done timely by vendors.
- Generate vehicle bills and monitor for accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Good Computer Skills
- Working knowledge of inventory management and ERP software
- Ability to accurately load vehicles and ensure timely dispatch of goods
- Responsiveness to customer demands and schedule completion
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Reliable and trustworthy

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
