**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and schedule daily dispatches in accordance with customer delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of stock ready for dispatch.
- Prepare necessary documentation including invoices, delivery challans, and transport forms.
- Liaise with courier and transport service providers for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide updates to the sales or customer service team.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch logs and generate daily/weekly reports.
- Follow up with clients and transporters to confirm delivery and resolve any issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dispatch area.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduate in any stream.
- 1-2 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/supply chain preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and dispatch/logistics software.
- Ability to handle documentation and basic reporting.
- Familiarity with courier and transportation processes.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
