3. Client Communication: Communicate with clients to clarify billing inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and provide necessary documentation.

4. Payment Processing: Track payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and manage accounts receivable.

5. Reporting: Generate billing reports for management to analyze revenue and dispatch efficiency.

6. **Compliance**: Ensure all billing practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.

7. **Collaboration**: Work closely with dispatch teams to gather accurate service information and resolve any issues related to billing.

8. **System Management**: Maintain and update billing software or systems to ensure efficient processing of invoices and payments.

9. **Customer Support**: Provide support to clients regarding billing issues, including refunds or adjustments as needed.

10. **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for improving billing processes and efficiency.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend only
