Location: Chakan Midc phase II Bhamboli

Qualification:

• Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and monitor dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.

• Coordinate with production, stores, and transport teams for smooth dispatch operations.

• Prepare and verify dispatch documents (invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, etc.).

• Track vehicle movements and ensure proper route planning for on-time delivery.

• Monitor loading/unloading of materials ensuring correct quantity and quality.

• Maintain proper records of stock movement in ERP/software/manual registers.

• Handle transporters and resolve issues related to delivery, delays, or damages.

• Ensure compliance with company dispatch policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

• Regularly update dispatch MIS and report to management.

• Knowledge of logistics, dispatch planning, and transportation.

• Familiarity with ERP/dispatch software & MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.

• Knowledge of e-way bills, GST documentation will be an added advantage
