Material Inward, Issue, Material Tagging, Maintain Stock).All Despatch Related Activity (i.e. Manage Logistics, Dispatch documents).Other activity i.e. Manage Trucks, Hydra, Crane by assistantsStore activities ->monitoring Inward vehicle unloading with material sorting, counting, locating.Check all documents of inward materials & Verify the inward material as per suppler invoice.Inform to concern department if any discrepancy in inward material.Day to day material locating to specific locations & clear the inward invoices for GRN/PCR.Follow the process for stock audit.Dispatch activities ->Prepare 4(5)a/57f4 challanGenerate E way Bill.Loading and dispatching of Material to Vendor for different processes.Personal skills required:Knowledge about engineering/Fabrication parts.Ready to work in shift.Strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)knowledge of ERP system is Must
