**Responsibilities**:

- **Bill Making**: Prepare accurate bills for services rendered to clients, ensuring all details are correctly documented and invoiced in a timely manner.
- **Logistic Arrangement**: Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange timely dispatch and delivery of orders to customers, optimizing routes and schedules for efficiency.
- **Order Booking**: Process incoming orders from clients, recording relevant details and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
- **Bill Checking**: Verify bills received from vendors or suppliers, cross-checking against purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy.
- **Customer Reply**: Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding billing and dispatch status promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- **Order Delivery Status Information Sharing**: Keep customers informed of their order delivery status, providing updates and tracking information as necessary to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
- **Communicative and Decisive**: Maintain open communication channels with team members and management, reporting any issues or concerns promptly and making decisions confidently when required.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to achieve common goals and objectives, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing and dispatch or a related field.
- Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
