Take care of all vehicle requirements at the Factory.
▪Vehicle placements within budget.
▪ Introduce the New Transporters Within budget.
▪ Freight Negations with Transporters.
▪ Freight bills preparations.
▪ Daily MIS preparation of Freight Report
▪ Daily Tracking Report, Follow up with transporter, customer etc.for delivery after dispatch
▪ Minimize the vehicle Halting charges.
▪ Proper material handling &packing.
▪ Transfer production ready material to FG Stock.
▪ Preparing daily dispatch plan/schedule for dispatch.
▪ Packing as per customer & make the ready for dispatch.
▪ Preparing GST invoice & Create GST E-WAY BILL S.
▪ Physically checking while loading material inside of vehicle.
▪ To ensure the final material reaches the customer on time.
▪ Physical FG stock checking once in a month.
▪ Dispatch according to plan/schedule to one time delivery through proper communication with party & Give dispatch.
▪ Maintain GRN in inward register & preparing GRN of incoming material.
▪ Managing inward storage and outward movement of material.
▪ Follow ups on Material Procurements.
▪ Coordination with Accounts, Purchase and other Department.
▪ Stock Audits & Inventory Management.
▪ Supply Chain Management.
