The Dispatch Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of goods and materials from the factory. The role involves coordinating with production, quality control, and transportation teams to meet customer deadlines while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Dispatch Planning**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch schedules based on production and customer requirements.
- Prioritize and coordinate urgent dispatches as needed.
- **Coordination with Departments**:

- Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch.
- Communicate with sales teams to confirm dispatch details and resolve any order discrepancies.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents such as invoices, delivery challans, E-way bills, and packing lists.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including GST, transportation norms, and safety standards.
- **Transportation Management**:

- Arrange transportation (internal or external) for dispatch, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Track shipments and address issues related to delays, damages, or delivery challenges.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure the availability of finished goods for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and reconcile with inventory.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify and implement improvements in dispatch processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure proper handling and packaging of goods to prevent transit damages.

**Key Skills and Competencies**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with ERP or dispatch management systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately.
- Problem-solving skills, especially in time-sensitive situations.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related fields (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industries.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP software.
- Knowledge of local and interstate transportation laws and GST compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
