Chemical Factory Supervisor - Responsibilities


Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

Minimum stock maintenance of Raw material, Finished product, Carboys, Bags. Dispatch

accessories/stationary, PPE,Daily reporting to Head-Chemical Dept.Co-ordinate with store in charge. To conduct weekly training program, review of safety guidelines, problems associated with production activities with production staff.Maintain records on purchases, dispatch,Monitor stock levels and send indent to purchase dept. as and when required.

Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper unloading, loading, placement and storage. Knowledge of GST, HSN Code, and production related documentation(which cover inventory, safety, audit), Instrumentation, Cleanliness, Fire fighting measures, Weighing and Measuring units calibration, Production SOP implementation, Quality Control, Preventive Maintenance, Disposal of e-waste, hazardous waste(solid/liquid/expiry/failure batch material) and non biodegradable waste, Waste water treatment, recycle, reuses and disposal.

**Requirements**:
He must be capable of handling the entire production, planning of batches, chemical raw material and finished product storage, safety, manpower handling. He must be familiar with health hazards,chemical toxicity, COA/MSDS, Environmental Pollution, Use of PPE.

Education

Qualification
- B.Sc.(Chem)/B.E(Chem)

Experience

Chemical Production Experience of min.2-3yrs.
