**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day fabrication operations during the shift and ensure adherence to production targets.
- Interpret fabrication drawings and ensure accuracy in work execution.
- Monitor and guide the activities of welders, fitters, and helpers on the shop floor.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure components meet specified requirements.
- Coordinate with the production manager and quality team for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Track material usage, minimize wastage, and ensure proper handling of raw materials and tools.
- Enforce safety practices and ensure compliance with all workplace safety standards.
- Report daily shift performance, delays, and manpower deployment.
- **Experience**: Minimum **10 years** in fabrication with at least **3 years in transmission tower line fabrication**.
- **Education**: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related trade (preferred).
- Sound knowledge of fabrication processes including cutting, welding, fitting, and assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret structural steel fabrication drawings.
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to manage a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
