**We are Hiring Store Incharge for Buttibori, Nagpur location**

Job Title: Store In-charge

Location: Buttibori, Nagpur

Company Profile: The Company pioneer in the manufacturing of modern irrigation equipment and systems in India.

**Salary**: up to 2.5 LPA

We are seeking a responsible and organized Store In-charge. The Store In-charge will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- *Inventory Management:* Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reorder products as needed to meet demand.
- *Supervision:* Oversee the work of store staff and scheduling employees.
- *Stock Rotation:* Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) procedures to prevent product spoilage and wastage.
- *Security:* Ensure the security of the store by implementing security measures, such as surveillance systems and loss prevention strategies.
- *Inventory Reconciliation:* Regularly reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate discrepancies.
- *Reporting:* Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and store performance as required by management.

**Qualifications**:*
- Proven experience in a similar role as a store incharge or supervisor.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

**Salary**: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
