3. To prepare Purchase Order after aligning with approved quotation and get it approved with CEO and Director.

4. Maintain & prevent stock, supplies and inventories.

5. Take inventory

6. Order groceries and supplies

7. Check received stock against invoices

8. Restock shelves

9. Maintain register
