**Position Title**: Warranty Incharge

**Job Summary**:
The Warranty Incharge at MG Motors is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the warranty process. This includes ensuring the efficient handling of warranty claims, ensuring compliance with warranty policies, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with service teams and vendors, and ensuring high customer satisfaction regarding warranty-related matters.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant experience in warranty administration, or a similar role within the automotive industry (2+ years).
- Strong understanding of vehicle parts, warranty procedures.
