Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nasik for a Plant Incharge. The Plant Incharge will oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring smooth functioning and maintenance of equipment. Key responsibilities include monitoring production processes, supervising staff, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring quality control. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to meet production targets and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Min 10 years Experience in Plant Operations and Maintenance
  • Qualification - M.Tech/ B.Tech (Mech/EE/ECE)
  • Knowledge of Safety Standards and Quality Control
  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Ability to coordinate with various departments to achieve production targets
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in the defense or space industry is a plus
