**Job Title: Fabrication Supervisor (Pressure Vessel Manufacturing)**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of fabricators, welders, and other production staff.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on welding techniques, fabrication processes, and safety protocols.
- **Fabrication Process Management**:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the fabrication process for pressure vessels, including material preparation, welding, assembly, and finishing.
- Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and geometrical dimensions to meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and product integrity.
- **Production Planning and Scheduling**:

- Develop production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and customer demands.
- Monitor progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production operations.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce strict adherence to safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to fabrication and welding operations.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement within the fabrication department.
- Implement best practices, new technologies, and innovative techniques to optimize production processes and enhance overall performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among team members to improve skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field (preferred).
- Proven experience (X years) in a supervisory role within a pressure vessel manufacturing or similar fabrication environment.
- In-depth knowledge of welding processes, techniques, and metallurgy.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, including geometrical dimensions and tolerances.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, ASME) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
