**Position Title**: Fabrication Supervisor

**Department**: Manufacturing/Fabrication

**Location**: Chinchwad & Dehu, Pune

**Reports To**: Operation Manager

**Years of Experience**: 2-5 years of experience

**Salary Range**: ₹22,000/- to ₹30,000/- per month

**Education**: Diploma or B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the fabrication department including sheet metal work, mic welding, and Power press brake machine operations.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of factory workers to achieve production goals and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with other supervisors and the Operation manager to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Ensure all fabrication tasks are performed efficiently and meet the company’s quality standards.
- Set up, operate, and maintain equipment such as mic welding machines, Power press brakes, and other fabrication tools.
- Monitor production processes, make adjustments as necessary, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to minimize defects and rework.
- Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment maintenance, and employee performance.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the production manager.

Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
