**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead and supervise the sheet metal fabrication team to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
- Assign tasks and monitor the performance of team members, providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and accountability.
- **Production Management**:

- Plan and organize daily production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to project deadlines.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., engineering, quality control) to ensure seamless workflow and integration of processes.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing demands.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all fabricated components meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to minimize defects and improve overall product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the fabrication process and finished products.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance to the fabrication team.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in sheet metal fabrication technologies and techniques.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new fabrication methods and improvements.
- **Inventory and Equipment Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of fabrication machinery to minimize downtime.
- Identify and recommend the purchase of new equipment or upgrades as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a supervisor in a sheet metal fabrication or similar manufacturing environment.
- Extensive knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques, materials, and equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
