A store supervisor's job is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service. They may also be responsible for training and developing staff, and ensuring the store maintains a positive image. Here are some responsibilities of a store supervisor:

- Managing staff: Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance. They may also organize staff meetings and distribute schedules.
- Managing inventory: Ensure items are in stock, and keep up with supply and demand. They may also procure new stock.
- Customer service: Respond to customer complaints and assist customers.
- Store operations: Coordinate the shipping and receiving of merchandise, and ensure the store is clean and well-displayed.
- Reporting: Provide store performance reports.
- Leadership: Inspire and guide employees, and create a positive work environment.
- Problem-solving: Use critical thinking skills to identify and solve issues.
- Communication: Interact with staff, customers, and executives, and communicate effectively in speech and writing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
