**Designation: Shop Supervisor**

**JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Get production as per Required Quality.**
- **Measure & improve Productivity.**
- **Identify the requirement of training.**
- **Provide on-job or external training to employees.**
- **Motivate employees for Quality & Quantitative production.**
- **Ensure the Safety of employees on the shop floor.**
- **Ensure 100% adherence to Production Plan.**
- **Ensure proper maintenance of Machines & equipment on the shop floor.**

**Educational Qualifications: Diploma With 5 Yrs of Exp., BE With 02 yrs Exp.**

**Technical Skills/ Knowledge**:

- **Knowledge of Laser, Bending Operations**
- **Knowledge of fabrication works**
- **Knowledge of quality Process**
- **Expert in Drawing reading**

**Soft Skills**:
**Experience: 5 Yrs/ 02 Yrs**

**Salary: 25k to 30k**

**Language Known: English, Hindi, Marathi**

**Job Location: Plot No.: 140/141, Sector No.: 07 ,MIDC, Bhosari, Pune-411026**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
