**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of welders, fabricators, and other personnel in the fabrication shop.
- Monitor and ensure the proper execution of welding projects using CO2 (MIG) and Argon (TIG) welding techniques.
- Assign tasks to welding and fabrication teams, ensuring the proper skill sets are applied to each task.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, including, fire safety, and equipment maintenance.
- Perform quality control checks on all fabricated products to ensure they meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Train and mentor team members on welding techniques, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of fabricated parts and components.
- Troubleshoot welding issues and provide solutions to resolve production bottlenecks or quality concerns.
- Maintain proper documentation of all work, materials, and safety records.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure availability of necessary materials for fabrication operations.

.**Qualifications**:

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in welding and fabrication, with expertise in CO2 (MIG) and Argon (TIG) welding.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and tools used in fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and schematics.
- Familiarity with safety standards, protocols, and regulations in a fabrication environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
