**Position**: Channel Sales Executive - Interior-Based Products

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Channel Development**: Identify, onboard, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners in the assigned territory.
- **Sales Achievement**: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective partner engagement.
- **Market Expansion**: Explore and develop new markets to increase product reach and brand presence.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring mutual growth and collaboration.
- **Product Training & Promotion**: Train partners on product features, benefits, and unique selling propositions to aid in effective selling.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and performance analysis to the management.

**Desired Profile**:

- **1-3 years of experience** in **channel sales**, preferably in **building materials, ceramics, tiles, sanitaryware, laminates, or other interior products**.
- Experience in managing **dealer/distributor networks** and B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong target orientation with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Knowledge of **local markets (Rajkot, Morbi, and nearby regions)**.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
