**Pre Sales Executive[Female]**
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in the Booming Bulls Courses Online or Offline.
- Engage prospects in conversations, understand their needs, and provide information about the 3-day program.
- Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records and communication details in the CRM system used by the company.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth sales process and customer experience.
- Achieve individual sales targets set by the company.
- Continuously improve sales skills through training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.
- Adhere to the company's policies, guidelines, and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in sales or telemarketing, will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Availability to work from the office during designated business hours.Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
