**About this team**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Providing support on requests as per priority/severity created in ticketing tool as part of daily operations support.
- Coordinating Application code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.
- Actively participate in all stages of the product development process, including designing, building, and testing.
- Supports internal customers by responding to help desk calls, performing night on call activities as requested and completing.

**What you bring**:

- Should have 6 to 10 years of experience on Production/Application support.
- Experience looking on **AWS Fundamentals, Terraform, Change & Release Management.**:

- Working knowledge of basic AWS services like IAM, EC2, RDS and VPC.
- Good knowledge and experience on setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in deploying infrastructure using Terraform.
- Understanding on preparing Terraform templates.
- Coordinates, facilitates, manages and controls scheduled and approved change windows for product release and infrastructure maintenance windows.

**Added bonus if you have**:

- AWS Kubernetes Certification
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
- Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
- Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
