**Roles & Responsibility**:

- **Below is JD**:
Monitor Jira ticketing tool for new GCX reports
- Production environment.
- For known issue perform basic troubleshooting based on available troubleshooting documentation.
- Ensure there's a Jira ticket for every issue and update with steps followed to resolve it.
- Provide resolution within agreed timelines for known issues as per documentation available.
- Co-ordinate resolution with CS Tools team for issues related to CS Techtools.
- For newly found bug affecting multiple users, create a CS KB alert and Jira incident and assign to bug leads team.
- Track the priority of the JIRA ticket and CS Bug leads incident based on the number of reports against the CS KB Alert.
- Coordinate with Command Centre team for high priority incidents.
- Update and maintain the Knowledge repository in Wiki for undocumented issues.
- Create SLA adherence reports for stakeholders from Jira ticketing tool.
- Provide adhoc Volume/Incident/ServiceRequest Reports for stakeholders.
- Perform Internal Quality Audit.
- Follow up on issue closure(JIRA and TM submitted tickets)-closingtheloop.
- FollowupwithTMontheticketsthatareresolvedaskingtofollowtroubleshootingsteps.
- Review Weekly Comms pack.
- Respond to queries one mail & Slack timely.
- Provide Productivity and Governance reports.
- Continuous Improvement and Value Add Activities
