**About the team**

FIS® Credit Risk Manager (formerly Adaptiv Credit Risk) enables organizations to monitor counterparty exposures that arise from the trading book, while catering for traditional credit exposures resulting from lending, contingent and trade finance activities in the banking book.

**What you will be doing**
- Ensure timely resolution or escalation within SLA. This includes creating a positive customer support experience and building strong relationships through understanding the problem, communicating promptly on progress and handling customer with a professional attitude.
- Implement and support production change requests.
- Liaise with internal teams to get the fix for critical issues in timely manner.
- Follow ITIL and SDLC process knowledge and should be able to manage incident call, problem ticket etc.
- Ensure the nature and extent of the client needs and product requirements, are understood by all stakeholders

**What you bring**:
Knowledge / Experience
- 1 to 3 years of strong experience in Services Industry preferably in Trading and Risk Management.
- Key Skills : Change management, SQL, Logs reading, release management
- **Basic knowledge in SQL (delete, truncate, compare, join, Analysis Services etc).**:

- Basic Excel knowledge (vlookup, hlookup, sum etc).
- Backend **Change management,** Reading logs and windows services.
- Ability to think logically under Pressure.
- Good organizational skills and Multi-Tasking Ability.
