- **Position Overview**:

- Datafortune Software Solutions is seeking a Data Support Specialist of minimum 1 to 3 years of expereince with a strong command of SQL and expertise in database management. As a Data Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and integrity of our data systems. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to optimize SQL queries, maintain database objects, and contribute to the success of our projects.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **SQL Expertise**: Demonstrate a deep understanding of SQL queries, including the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex T-SQL queries.
- **Database Management**: Execute T-SQL queries and perform database alterations as requested to support ongoing development efforts.
- **Database Objects**: Maintain and enhance database objects such as stored procedures, functions, views, indexes, and other database components.
- **Data Warehousing**: Possess a good understanding of Data Warehousing design concepts and physical data modeling to ensure data integrity and performance.
- **MSBI Stack (preferred)**: While not mandatory, knowledge of the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) is considered a valuable asset.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data solutions.

**Job Requirement**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong command of SQL and proficiency in writing complex queries.
- Knowledge of database concepts, including joins, stored procedures, functions, views, and indexes.
- Familiarity with Data Warehousing design principles and physical data modeling.
- Preferred but not mandatory: Exposure to the Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
