Senior Applications Support Analyst

Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Act as technical lead and subject matter expert for production and manufacturing applications. - Resolve complex issues for third-party and custom applications. - Collaborate with software developers and engineering teams to support deployment, testing, and maintenance of custom solutions. - Lead large projects, system upgrades, and cross-site implementations. - Design, integrate, and upgrade new manufacturing systems, tools, and technologies into the existing IT ecosystem. - Document system configurations, support procedures, and issue resolutions. - Develop training strategies and support standards for end-users and team members. - Mentor support team members, review work quality, and define IT support standards. - Maintain advanced understanding of custom database-driven applications. - Apply advanced knowledge of programming/scripting languages (SQL, Python, .NET, Java). - Ensure adherence to software development life cycle (SDLC) and change control processes. - Utilize advanced knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP platforms, and third-party database-driven applications.
