**About the team**

Administer necessary product requirements to maintain consistent account control of clients using FIS software products and ensure the quality and utilization of FIS software products satisfies client needs.

**What you will be doing**
- Providing technical support to clients by identifying and resolving hardware or software issues
- Monitoring network activity and identifying performance issues that may need to be addressed by IT support staff
- Maintaining documentation of all actions taken during the troubleshooting process.
- Contribute to product documentation, customer knowledge base, and best practices guides
- Reproduce and debug customer issues by building or using existing test environments and tools.

**What you Bring**:

- Moderate level work experience on SQL and access Database, running complex queries
- Experience on ticketing tool Service now and Team support
- Basic knowledge of ITIL
- Basic Network and Server commands
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of Active directory
- Monitoring, Tracking and resolving tickets/Problems, Change as per SLA Basic knowledge of software testing
