**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Role Overview**
- Drive engagement by delivering various local initiatives to enhance communication and leadership within the Supply Chain/ Sourcing team and Transformation & Sustainability Function.
- Deliver talent management plan & create FH specific activities/initiatives.
- Partner with Plant Teams for various assignment, ensuring the process and policies are implemented and understood.
- Stakeholder management - Ensuring effective network across Function and other supporting functions to serve the customer.
- Owning the recruitment and succession pipeline.

**Internal Projects Consultant**:
Manage and execute key projects related to HR Capability building to deliver higher quality in HR services and create future HR Leaders. Focusing on HR automation to streamline existing process.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate TA team & hiring managers to complete on-boarding within timeline to support business
- Manage and execute HR initiatives to build capability into HR function, to increase HR service quality & build future leaders.
- Ideate, develop and implement employee engagement and team building initiatives to create a positive work environment which further leads to improve productivity
- To facilitate capability building of employees in Function and support in their personal as well as professional development thereby help them in goal achievement
