**Key Responsibilities -**
- Employee Engagement
- Enhance employee feedback through Amber
- Manage employee communication channels - Amber, Townhall, Open house meetings, etc.
- Drive employee involvement in “Common Interest Groups”
- Focus on employee retention and attrition management
- Drive Employee engagement effectiveness survey and action planning using Amber as a key tool
- Implement Goal setting and performance management system
- Drive Reward and Recognition
- Manage Employee Grievances
- Develop trends and flag issues on HR matrices

**Desired Competencies**: - People Advocacy - Excellent stakeholder management - Result Orientation - Mentoring - Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) - MS-excel and MS-ppt skills

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
