**Roles and Responsibilities**

DESCRIPTION:

- We are seeking a talented and efficient graphic designer capable of curating visual
- storytelling that engages and inspires the audience. A skilled professional who can take
- conceptual ideas and create visual representations for different online media platforms and prints while collaborating with internal as well as external teams of developers, copywriters, and designers.**ELIGIBILITY**:
Experience: 2+ years in the relevant domain
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or relevant discipline
- Certification in the relevant domain
- Willingness to work in a startup ecosystem
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create and design various materials for digital and print
- Strategize on brand creative strategy in terms of colors, fonts, images, and related
- layouts. Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
- Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more
expressive graphics for the project
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
- QA design for errors
- Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
- Develop the production design and overall layout for advertisements, magazines,
- banners, products, brochures, and more.
- Design graphics to meet specific promotional and commercial needs like logos,
- packaging, displays, or imagery for digital and printable products
- Create infographics that make complex ideas more accessible
- Obtain input from managers and ensure that the designs meet organizational standards
- Work independently and collaborate with the marketing team as and when required.
- Study existing visuals, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities.
- Brainstorm and strategize with multiple clients and stakeholders toward the creation of
- better web pages, newsletters, presentations, programming collateral, and marketing
- materials
- **REQUIREMENTS**:

- Creative with a sense of humor
- Designing visual masterpieces that communicate brand language.
- Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator, or any other tools in
- the designer space.
- An observant eye for visual composition. Attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of marketing, website design, production, corporate identity,
- advertisements, product packaging, and multimedia design.
- Effective time management skills
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and
- Illustrator
- Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
