- Position - CRM Executive

Experience - Miniumum 6months - 2Yrs

Salary - 10K -13K

Ensuring our existing clients are satisfied after throughout the process of order to collection.
Always ask them for true feedback.
Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collectionof payment.
Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.
Give or support the participants/clients about company products or services.
Acting as a point of contact for complaints and resolving issues to the concern.
Understand client queries and solve them in any manner.

Polite disposition.
Ability of rigorous followup.
The ability to communicate confidently-both through speaking and
writing-with colleagues and clients.
Ability to understand the circumstances and act accordingly.
Proactive.
Always available on calls.

**Salary**: ₹8,812.34 - ₹13,000.00 per month
