**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Manage social media profiles and communities, including creating engaging posts, running paid ad campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
- **SEO & SEM**: Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimizations to improve organic search rankings and collaborate with agencies for paid search (PPC) campaigns.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to improve ROI and KPIs.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s brand voice, style, and guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, sales, content, product) to align digital marketing strategies with overall company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing (1-3 years preferred)
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research
- Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative, results-driven, and a team player with a passion for digital marketing

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus
- Experience with paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
