We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sr. Digital Marketing Executive to lead, plan, and execute online marketing strategies. The role involves managing digital campaigns, optimizing online presence, analyzing performance, and driving brand growth across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media, Email, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Lead SEO/SEM strategies to improve search rankings, website traffic, and online visibility.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Monitor, measure, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
  • Create, manage, and optimize content for websites, blogs, and social media channels.
  • Manage social media presence and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
  • Work closely with the creative and content team to develop engaging posts, graphics, and videos.
  • Analyze competitors, industry trends, and new digital marketing tools to stay ahead in the market.
  • Manage lead generation campaigns and optimize conversion rates.
  • Guide junior team members and ensure timely execution of digital strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Excellent content, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Leadership qualities to guide junior executives.
