Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer handling or sales support and should be able to communicate in basic English with customers over calls, messages, and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, messages, and emails professionally.
- Maintain and update customer details in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with order updates, product details, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and accounts for smooth order processing.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Follow up with clients for payments, feedback, and service-related queries.
- Prepare simple daily or weekly customer reports.
- Support sales and marketing teams during promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, CRM, or sales support.
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM software (training will be provided if needed).
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
- Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn new things.
