**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Generate leads and qualify prospects through cold calling or follow-up calls.
- Explain the features and benefits of the company's offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and responses in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or previous interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections or queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain knowledge of current product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Strong persuasion skills and a goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in B2B/B2C calling or lead generation.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer handling practices.
- Good listening skills and the ability to handle rejection.
